- Hot Water Extraction — Truck-mounted equipment delivers 180°F–200°F cleaning power. pH-balanced rinse leaves no residue.

Can I mix and match packages?
Yes — each area can be cleaned at a different package level. We’ll calculate pricing per area based on the package you choose for that space.
How do you determine the price?
We price based on the actual carpet area we clean — not the room dimensions. If your bedroom has a bed and dresser, you’re not charged for the carpet underneath them. Our technician measures the cleanable carpet area on arrival.
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Typically 4–6 hours under ideal conditions. Running fans, opening windows, or using HVAC speeds drying significantly.
Do you move furniture?
Yes — light, manageable furniture is moved at no extra charge. Heavy items (beds, dressers, pianos) stay in place.
What if I have pet stains or odors?
The Basic Package handles light surface cleaning. Pet stains require deep flushing and enzyme treatments — we recommend the Platinum Package for homes with pets. In addition FERS – fur extraction removal service will remove odor causing trapped animal fur and dander that has become entangled in the carpet fiber which can’t be remove by vacuuming.
Can I add deodorizer or stain guard later?
Absolutely. Add services à la carte ($30/room), or upgrade to Silver ($0.40/SF) for better value.
Do you have minimums or other fees?
Yes — we have a job minimum to ensure you get professional truck-mounted equipment and trained technicians even for smaller areas. A standard trip fee covers fuel, equipment prep, and eco-friendly waste disposal. Call for current pricing.
How often should I have carpets professionally cleaned?
Every 6–12 months for most homes. High-traffic areas or homes with pets may benefit from quarterly cleaning.
